Folvey is provided by Crosvia Solutions Pvt Ltd. These terms cover the studio workspace, galleries and connected services. Business details and the current support route are listed on our Contact page.
Business and contact detailsYour account and your team
Use accurate studio and contact details, keep sign-in codes private and only invite people who should have access. Studio owners manage roles, gallery links and client permissions. Do not upload material you lack permission to use, interfere with other studios or use the service unlawfully.
The free trial
When public enrolment opens, eligible new studios receive a 14-day trial with 5 GB of storage. No card is required, and a trial never becomes a paid subscription automatically. After the trial, studio changes and new uploads pause until a plan is active. Existing invited testers keep the access granted by their invitation.
Plans, payment and renewal
Monthly plan prices, storage allowances, team limits and any applicable tax are displayed before you authorise payment. Recurring subscriptions use Razorpay and require your separate authorisation. A payment attempt or unconfirmed checkout does not grant a paid plan. Renewals follow the billing period shown in your account. WhatsApp delivery and paid AI usage are not unlimited services included in the storage allowance.
Cancellation and billing problems
The studio owner can request cancellation at the end of the current billing period from Subscription settings. Paid access continues through the confirmed period. A cancellation request stops future renewals once confirmed by the payment provider. Contact support about duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges; we review the transaction and applicable refund rights. A trial has no payment to refund. This policy does not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Your storage allowance includes live originals, previews, albums, generated media and other studio files. Pending uploads reserve space. Folvey may pause additional uploads or team additions when the relevant limit is reached. Keep an independent copy of important work; gallery access and service availability should not be your only archive. Export the files you need before ending a subscription.
Your photographs and permissions
You retain your rights in the material you upload. You authorise Folvey to store, process and deliver it to provide the features you choose. You are responsible for client permissions and any consent needed for guest face matching or other optional processing. Review automated suggestions before relying on them. Client galleries use the sharing and download permissions selected by the studio.
Changes and contact
We publish the current terms and their version on this page. Your checkout shows the price, billing period and applicable tax before payment. Contact support for account closure, an export, a deletion request or help with a disputed charge. Requests involving a wedding gallery may need the studio owner’s authorisation.
