What to include
Share your studio name, the page you were using and a short description of the issue. A screenshot can help; hide private client details first.
Never send one-time codes, passwords, access tokens or full payment card details.
Help with a wedding gallery
Contact the photography studio that shared your gallery for access, missing photographs, selections, downloads or album delivery. The studio manages your collection and its permissions.
Privacy and data requests
For a request about photographs in a wedding gallery, contact the studio first. For your Folvey account information, a correction, export or deletion request, use the support contact above. During the pilot, your invitation contact can help route a request.
Describe the information involved and the outcome you need. We verify your authority before changing account or studio data.
Billing and cancellation
Studio subscription questions are handled by Folvey. Payments for a photography booking, print or album may be handled by the photography studio; check who issued the invoice.
